Using a "New property Purchasers directory" agent
Once you have formed a buying group through registering onto the directory and communicating with potential purchasers in your area of interest......................
You are now ready to talk to the developers and negotiate your group discount.
You can opt for appointing a negotiator from within your buying group, or utilise one of our experienced agents to do all the negotiating for you.
Our agents will negotiate between each member of your buying group and the property developers to obtain discount on your behalf. Once the discount has been agreed, only then will our agent need to be paid for there services.
The benefit of using one of our agents is that not only will they be independent from your group, but they will already be working within the property industry. They will have experience and good relationships with new property developers, which they will use for your group's benefit.
*Note: Each member MUST have there personal finance available in PRINCIPLE at this point*
Then once a discount has been agreed, each group member along with our agent, need to arrange to meet on site to pay each member's holding fee for their property to the developers together. (Holding fees vary from developer to developer.)
This will guarantee your group discount on your individual purchase and it is at this stage the agents fee will be required to be paid.

Agents fees start from as little as £250.00
E.G: If your property purchase was £250,000 and by group purchasing you were able to save an extra 5% this would work out at a personal saving of £12,500!!!!!
